Marathon Gamers 100 Hour Charity Marathon!

The Marathon Gamers is a group of friends who come together multiple times a year to raise money for various charities. Every event they host they are playing games for extended periods of time, always streaming their events live over the internet. On October 12th, they will be hosting their first 100 hour marathon in which they will be raising money for the American Cancer Society. Being October, the marathon will be themed for Halloween, they will be playing all sorts of horror, zombie, and survival games throughout the 100 hours. Along with those games, they will be doing some fun events, such as a Dance Central tournament and an eating competition.

Throughout the 100 hours, they will be entertaining the viewers in any way possible, as well as taking challenges from donors, which could range from singing and dancing, to eating some bacon toasted ants. Along with the challenges, they will be giving away plenty of prizes for donors and viewers. All money donated will go to the American Cancer Society in honor of Robert Hickman, the grandfather of one of the gamers who was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer over the summer.

If you would like to follow the updates on the upcoming event you can visit the Marathon Gamers’ Website.

If you would like to donate you can simply here!

If you aren’t able to donate at this time, donations will be taken up until the end of the month, or you can still support us by spreading the word about this wonderful cause! All donations and support is greatly appreciated!
